Living Areas

The lounge area includes a flat screen TV and lots of seating for everone. The gas fire creates a lovely, cosy atmosphere in the cooler months.

The well appointed kitchen area offers a fridge with freezer compartment, gas oven with gas hob, microwave and all the usual utensils. The dining table will seat up to four in comfort.

Bedrooms & Bathroom

The larger of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed with quality mattress and bedding, wardrobe and small bedside tables. There is also an en-suite w.c.

The second bedroom has two single beds with quality mattresses and on request one of the beds can be removed and replaced with a travel cot and high chair. Please bring own cot linen .

The bathroom has an electric shower, WC, basin and towel rail.

Linen & towels: all linen and towels are included in the price.

Outside

Step out of the door and straight on to the decking complete with chairs and table; a great place to enjoy the views or watch the animals!

Adjacent to Ullock Pike there is ample parking.
